Pineapple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat first 3 ingredients together.
Add pineapple.
Add, sifted together, flour, baking soda and salt.
Bake in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch or 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
