Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Beat the egg, then add milk and oil.
Blend in the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.
Batter will be lumpy. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 1 dozen.
