Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
13 oz. cream cheese
pinch of garlic
1/2 pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. tomato sauce
salt to taste
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, unthawed
Preparation

Cook beef in 2 teaspoons oil or butter until it is browned. Pour off grease.
Add cream cheese, onion, garlic and salt.
Cook noodles and drain.
Add ground beef and add tomato sauce.
Add broccoli; pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
