Hot And Spicy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several medium to large potatoes
salt to taste
2 c. flour
1 to 3 Tbsp. red cayenne pepper
dash of garlic
2 Tbsp. barbecue seasoning
Preparation

Cut each potato into 4 wedges.
Soak wedges (with skins left on) in salt water for 2 hours.
Mix flour, pepper, garlic and barbecue seasoning.
Roll potato wedges in flour mixture and deep fry until browned.
