Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 small chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, oregano and liquid hot pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into frying pan; drain the other jar (save for other uses).
    Chop all the artichokes; set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to pan; saute until limp.
    Beat eggs in a bowl; add crumbs, salt, oregano and hot pepper.
    Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture.
    Turn into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking pan; bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until set.
    Let cool in pan; cut into squares.
    Serve cold or heat in 325\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen 1-inch squares.
