Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken or chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    ground pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in mustard.
    Coat chicken pieces with mixture.
    Combine crumbs and pepper.
    Dip chicken into bread crumbs and place in shallow baking pan.
    Do not overlap chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves about 4.
    You can double.
