Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    32 large mushrooms
    1 c. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
    vegetable oil
    tartar sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in small bowl; set aside. Combine eggs, oil and water; mix well.
    Wash mushrooms.
    Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture and dip in egg mixture.
    Roll in breadcrumbs.
    Chill 1 1/2 hours.
    Deep-fry mushrooms in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Yields 32 appetizers. Serve with tartar sauce.
