Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Kretschmer honey wheat germ
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. blueberries
    1 mashed banana or chopped apple
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups or lightly grease bottoms only with nonstick cooking spray. Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add combined milk, oil and egg whites; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in fruit.
    Fill prepared muffin cups almost full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm or store tightly wrapped in freezer.
    To reheat, microwave on High about 30 seconds per muffin.
