One Pan Potatoes And Chicken Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 lb. boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    2 gloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick and microwave 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
    While potatoes cook, in large skillet, toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over high heat 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes and rosemary; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Preparation time: 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
