Carrot Casserole Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed carrots (about 12)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
Preparation
    Cook and mash carrots.
    Beat in sugar, flour, margarine and baking powder, then blend in milk.
    Beat eggs until light.
    Fold into carrot mixture; blend in cinnamon.
    Turn into greased 6 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
