Egg-A-La-Goldenrod - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
3 c. milk
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. butter
season to taste
Preparation

Slip the yolks out of the whites.
Mash yolks with fork.
Chop the whites.
Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in flour and cook over low heat until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add seasoning.
Blend chopped egg whites into cream sauce.
Pour over toast.
Top with egg yolks.
