Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and peppers together.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in tomatoes.
    Cook 3 or 4 minutes.
    Add rice (medium heat ). Simmer for a few minutes until all ingredients are warm.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour mixture in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
