Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 trays Brown 'N Serve rolls
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 egg whites, beaten until fluffy
Preparation
    Bring cheese and butter to room temperature.
    Cut rolls into quarters.
    Cream cheese and butter.
    Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread mix over each quarter roll.
    May need to use hands to do this.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Freeze.
    Bake frozen at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 6 minutes or until bubbly.
