Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 apples
    2 c. flour
    3 rounded tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour pan. Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour half of the batter into pan. Put apple slices on top. Add rest of batter. Top with remaining apples. Sprinkle topping of 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
