German Onion Pie(Zweibel Kuchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick slices bacon, diced
    2 c. peeled and chopped yellow onions
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Saute bacon until transparent.
    Drain most of the fat from the pan.
    Add the onions and saute until transparent.
    Do not brown.
    Set aside to cool.
    Beat the eggs and sour cream together in a medium sized bowl.
    Sprinkle the flour over the top and beat it in.
    Stir in the salt and pepper.
