Apple-Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Have your butcher cut pork chops to 1-inch thickness; cut a pocket on the side for stuffing.
    In a bowl, combine butter, apple, stuffing mix, celery, onion, raisins, orange juice and salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until chops are done.
