Spanish Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 doz. small French rolls
1 can Ortega chiles, chopped fine
6 small onions
2 oz. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Cook meat with all of the ingredients except the rolls.
Drain and set meat mixture aside.
Cut tops off of rolls and pull the inside breading out.
Stuff bread rolls.
Wrap individually in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
If frozen, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
