Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots (fresh or frozen)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, sliced in thin rings
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Slice carrots on the diagonal or in crinkles, then blanch until crisp-tender (6 to 8 minutes).
Add green pepper and onion. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over vegetables.
This will keep up to 10 days.
