Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup dry roasted peanuts
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    Potatoes
    Real butter
    Salt
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes and place in a glass microwave dish arranging potato wedges into one layer in dish. Salt to taste and place slices of butter over the potatoes. Cover with a glass top and cook until done. Our Microwave is a 700 watt. For two servings (3 medium potatoes)
    cooking times is about 8 minutes.
