Easy Pie Crust (Double Crust)(No Rolling) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    water
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and oil together.
    Add water and mix.
    Divide dough.
    With fingers, spread dough in the pie pan.
