Pound Cake - cooking recipe

10 eggs
4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter. Add flour and salt which have been sifted together. Add flavoring (1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon almond extract). Cream mixture until very light and fluffy; the longer, the better. In a large bowl, combine eggs and baking powder. Beat lightly. Add sugar gradually while beating constantly and beat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is satin smooth. Combine mixtures and beat with an electric mixer until well blended or very long time by hand. Bake at 325\u00b0 until done! Use large tube pan.
