Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sour milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    4 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and add to butter mixture. Mix in vanilla and lemon extracts. Mix nutmeg with flour. Alternately add flour and milk. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Roll out on a floured board about 1/4 of dough at a time, about 1/4-inch thick. Cut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
