Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium baked sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix with electric mixer all ingredients until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell (9-inch size).
Bake at 400\u00b0 until set, firm and light brown.
