Canned Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. okra, cut as to fry
    8 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together. Use enough water to see in pan. Bring to boil. When okra changes color pack in jars and seal. When ready to eat, open jar.
    Rinse with cold water, drain. Fry as fresh okra. Don't re-salt.
