One Dish Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion chopped
    5 Tbsp. instant rice
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage and place in buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Brown meat and onions, add seasonings and salt to taste.
    Simmer and drain.
    Add rice, soup and water, tomato sauce, sugar and vinegar.
    Simmer 5 minutes longer.
    Place over cabbage (do not stir), cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
