Greek Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    3/4 c. Greek olives
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato wedges
Preparation
    In skillet, saute celery and onions in margarine until limp. Add shrimp, rice, seasonings, cheese, olives and tomatoes. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and shrimp are done.
    Serves 6 to 8.
