Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Shake dry ingredients in a sealed plastic bowl.
Remove cover and add remaining ingredients.
Shake well.
Spray cooking pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat.
Spread batter onto hot griddle; turn when upper side of pancake is bubbly.
Using wide spatula, flip only once.
Stack and place in warm oven until ready to serve.
