Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans or pinto beans, undrained
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    and garlic until meat loses its red color, then drain.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients
    and
    stir.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, until chili is desired thickness, about 30 minutes.
