Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 cookies)
    1/4 c. Bacardi dark rum
    1/4 c. honey
    8 oz. (2 c.) ground walnuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except sugar.
    Blend thoroughly. Shape into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
    Roll in sugar. Store in lightly covered container.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
