Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons into hot deep fat. Remove when golden brown and drain on paper towel.
