Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. half and half
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped ham
    chopped mushrooms, onions and bell peppers
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Prepare spinach as directed on package.
    (You can use fresh spinach, if desired, steam until tender first.)
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and salt lightly.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serves well with green salad, fresh fruit, hard bread and white wine.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
