Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and butter; beat.
Add apricot nectar and coconut.
Pour into partly baked pie shells.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until starts to brown.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until done, about 50 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
