Summer Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. summer squash, cooked, mashed and drained
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs (to cover)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs) together; pour into greased casserole.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until center is set.
