Crowd Pleasing Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 med. potatoes, unpeeled
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. butter melted
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. salt & 1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes w/bay leaf until 3/4 done;
    cool, peel and coarsely great.
    Heat butter, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onions and 1 1/2 c. cheese.
    Gently stir sauce into 11x7x2 inch casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 gas oven for 30 mins.
    Combine remaining (1/2 c.) cheese & crushed corn flakes; sprinkle over casserole and bake 10 to 15 additional mins.
