Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. honey
    1 3/4 c. mashed bananas
    1 egg
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl combine ingredients in the order they are listed.
    Turn into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test with toothpick for doneness.
    Makes 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaves.
