Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. thin breasts and thigh fillets
4 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
-
Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper and cayenne in shallow dish.
Dip chicken first into buttermilk, then into flour mix to coat completely.
