Sausage Showoffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) biscuit mix
    1 lb. bulk sausage (hot)
Preparation
    Mix biscuit mix according to package directions.
    Roll on floured surface into rectangle.
    Crumble uncooked sausage to cover rectangle.
    Roll up jelly roll style.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
    Cut in 1/4-inch wheels (or less).
    Bake on cookie sheet with sides to prevent grease from dripping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
