Carrot (Kugel) Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 grated carrots
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; put aside.
    Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg yolks and grated carrots; blend well.
    Add dry ingredients, water and lemon juice.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
