Ingredients

1 c. rice, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. raisins
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 large can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix rice and butter; let melt, then mix all of the above.
Mix well; top with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
