Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cubed
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Flour meat and brown in small amount of shortening.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Let meat cook until almost done.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until thick.
    Stir often.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
