Bok Choy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Chinese cabbage/bok choy
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles, finely broken (uncooked)
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 red onion, cut in rings
    1/2 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
    1 small pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Toast noodles, seeds and nuts in butter.
    Drain and set aside. Prepare bok choy.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
