Amazin' Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Grease\tand
flour
two
(9-inch) baking pans.\tIn large bowl with
electric
mixer
at
low
speed, beat flour, sugar, mayonnaise, milk, egg, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves and nutmeg, 2 minutes,
scraping bowl often.
(Batter will be thick.) Stir in apples
with
spoon, also raisins and nuts.
Spoon batter in pans. Bake
at
350\u00b0
for 45 minutes or until tester in center comes out
clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Remove; cool, fill and frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
