Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. hot water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Blend shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla and water.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serve with whipped cream.
