Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Add other ingredients, except pecans and parsley.
    Chill several hours. Shape into ball; roll in nuts and parsley.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
