Fruit Crush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    1 small can frozen lemonade
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the water and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Freeze in 3 containers.
    Add 1 quart 7-Up or ginger ale to each container when using.
