Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped apple, core but do not pare
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Combine all; mix well and cover tightly.
Store in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
Serve cold.
Yields 3 cups relish.
