Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. butter
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Heat and stir syrup, sugar and water until sugar dissolves. When syrup boils, blend in butter.
Stir often.
Add nuts and stir constantly to hard crack stage; remove from heat.
Stir in soda, mixing well.
Pour onto 2 cookie sheets.
