Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash and stem mushrooms.
    Put caps in pan and brush with butter.
    Saute onions in 2-cup measuring cup for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave.
    Add stems and cook uncovered until tender, about 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir in bread, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Put about 1 tablespoon in each cap, 12 to a plate.
    Microwave at Full power 2 minutes.
    Cover plate with wax paper.
