Low-Fat Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. NaCI
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. applesauce
3 eggs or 6 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
1 apple, grated
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix applesauce, eggs, vanilla and add dry ingredients.
Mix in apple, carrots, raisins and nuts.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
