Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. melted butter
    fresh or dried onion flakes
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 c. carton sour cream
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Mix and then bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
